Frequently asked questions about reglia
What do you do with my data?
What you enter remains yours. You can download everything we have from you in one go at any time -- that's under Settings in your account, and you'll get a zip with your data in it. You can delete it too, and then it's really gone. The privacy statement describes what we retain for each type of data and how long we keep it.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. You can do the free check without an account and without an email address; the result appears on screen right away and gets its own address that you can keep. You only need an account if you want to save your answers and be kept up to date.
Can I cancel on a monthly basis?
Yes. There's no notice period and no minimum term. Whatever you've built up so far, you can take with you when you cancel via the same download.
Is this advice?
No. We explain what applies and what is expected of you, with the source included. An assessment of your own situation is not -- for that you engage an adviser or contact the authority responsible.

Am I required to use reglia?
That depends on what you're dealing with. Some European services and institutions make reglia mandatory. Others offer it as an option alongside other login methods. It's best to check the website of the specific institution where you want to register. Reglia is growing, so more and more services are offering it.
What if I don't want to use reglia?
You are not required to. Many services offer alternatives: logging in with your national ID, by post, by telephone, or in person. Always ask what your options are. Some countries and organizations are switching to reglia faster than others.
How secure is my data at reglia?
Reglia works with strong encryption and international security standards. Your data is not simply shared with other institutions. You decide which information you release for which service. The security is regularly checked by independent experts.
Can I use reglia outside Europe?
Reglia is primarily intended for European services and regulations. Whether it works outside the EU depends on the specific country and service. Many digital European services are only available to residents of EU member states or recognized countries.
Reglia is free. You don't pay for the account itself or for using it. Any costs you pay are for the actual services of institutions—not for reglia.
