All amounts exclude VAT; 21% is added at checkout. Business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number pay 0% (reverse charge).
Why one subscription instead of paying per platform?
Because hardly any business deals with just one thing. If you're getting your privacy in order, want to join a major assignment six months later, need to set up a reporting channel, or want to register a brand name. Starting over each time — a new account, the same business information again, a new invoice — is work that yields nothing.
With this subscription you use the services of áll connected platforms, without separate charges. Your data is stored once, and what you've set up on one platform doesn't need to be entered again on the next.

The subscription
The price depends on how large your organisation is. With an annual subscription you pay for ten months — a two-month advantage.

Training seats
For the platforms with training included. The first 3 seats are included with the subscription; above that a tiered pricing applies, based on the number of paid seats.

More systems, lower price — Theos' family pricing
reglia-koepel is one of the 37 systems of Theos. If you take multiple systems on one company profile, you pay less for each subsequent system — automatically, on one invoice.

Entry amounts of subsequent systems: −50%. Usage metrics (employees, seats, products, sites) are excluded from the discount.
Do you already have a Theos system? Then reglia-koepel costs you € 100,00 € 50,00 per month.
A koepel counts as one system. If you take a second koepel, the same 50% discount on the basic subscription applies to it.
